- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
- Actively identify sales leads and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Initiate contact with prospects with the objective of securing a face to face appointments
- Present to clients to sell the various solutions and benefits of FSG
- New business hunter who also excels at account management
- Consultative sales representative who is comfortable with asking for the business
- Proven track-record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs and sales targets
- Results driven, motivated and passionate about sales
- Strong commitment to personal excellence, self disciplined, well presented and resourceful with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Driving new capabilities, expanding our customer base, and creating a vision for our customers
- obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, and penetrating client accounts
- Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business
- Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients
- Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls
- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects
- Marketing top candidates to clients and prospects
- Demonstrated success in staffing business development, preferably
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Strong understanding of a solid sales methodology
- Strong presentation and closing skills (it must be in your DNA)
- Must be able to provide strong client and management references
- A strong sense of ethics and professionalism
